Australia generates more e-waste per person than almost anywhere. We cannot fix that from one shopfront, but we can stop selling into it thoughtlessly.

• Free recycling of any device we sold, through an accredited e-waste processor
• Storage media wiped, or physically destroyed on request
• Recyclable cardboard and paper tape — boxes reused when they arrive in good condition
• Repair first: we will tell you when a fix is cheaper than a replacement

If your parcel looks second-hand on the outside, that is deliberate. What is inside is not.
