This website is operated by MBH DIGITAL STORE PTY LTD, ABN 83 683 683 981, an Australian proprietary company registered on 14 January 2025, with its registered office and shopfront at 367 High Street, Northcote VIC 3070, Australia. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST at 10%. A tax invoice showing our ABN and the GST component is emailed with every order. Prices can change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it.
If an obvious pricing or description error occurs — a $1,699 laptop listed at $169, for example — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will contact you first and offer the option to proceed at the correct price.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send the dispatch confirmation, or the ready-for-collection notification for click & collect. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside Australia, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment in full.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Zip and, for approved business accounts, bank transfer. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Stock levels are updated continuously but can occasionally be wrong — for instance when the same item sells online and in-store at the same moment. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we contact you within one business day and offer a replacement, a backorder with a firm date, or a full refund.
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control, though we will chase them on your behalf. Risk passes to you on delivery, or on collection for click & collect orders.
Our returns & warranty policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit liability, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
Products are supplied for ordinary consumer use. If you intend to use a product in a safety-critical, industrial or medical setting, confirm suitability with the manufacturer first — we cannot advise on it and do not warrant fitness for those purposes.
The text, layout, illustrations and code of this site are owned by MBH DIGITAL STORE PTY LTD or used under licence, and may not be copied or republished without permission. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the goods we sell.
Do not interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, resell our content, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this has occurred.
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our failure.
We handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Subject to clause 7, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from the use of goods bought from us. Please back up your data — no single storage device is a backup.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial action, carrier failure or supply-chain interruption. We will tell you as soon as we know and offer a refund where we cannot perform within a reasonable time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
